Prawn Night!

WEILUN, DIANA, WEI JIE, RYAN, GEO !!! THANKS FOR THE SUPER FUN NIGHT!
We went to yio chu kang there to catch prawns but in the end I only caught 1 =(. The winner for that day is DIANA, most likely she know how to communicate with the prawns or she used her (MEI REN JI) on the prawn. Thanks to her, we all together caught 20+ prawns and feed into our hungry stomach. One of the prawns is the king prawn, it was super big but too bad I could not get any photos of that king prawn. The atmosphere at the prawn area also super good because the old couple tendering the shop are hip enough to play all the latest Chinese songs in the house. So instead of me working hard catching the prawn, I were just slacking there listening to the songs. Shall visit there very soon AGAIN!

Hope I can go through this week... and my future arrived

Yesterday just received the schedule i received from St James and realised that I am working 6 DAYS !

Mon :10pm to 6am
Tue :(Working at GV 6.25pm to 11.05am)
Wed :8pm to 6am
Thur:10pm to 6am
Fri :8pm to 6am
Sat :10pm to 6am (GV request put Before 6am)
Sun :10pm to 6am (GV request put Before 6am)

Addition I am schooling Monday to Friday from 12.30pm to 5pm. And in order for me not to miss my school, I have plan myself to go school and sleep instead of sleeping at my home from tue to fri. So after work at 6am, I proceed home to change my school outfit then went to school and sleep until 12.15 before signing in for school.

Which means everyday I only have an average of 4 hours of resting or sleep.

Sometimes I really do not know why I work so much and do I really need the money so much but now I think that maybe I am more scare of lonely than sortage of money because by going off to work, you will not even have time to think that you are lonely. In fact, I believe this apply to many of the people out there in the world too.

However, I am also not desprate to find an accompany because the right one will come in at the right moment at the right time. So the main reason I am working so hard, is mainly because of the future! I always think that since I am still young, I should really work more than wasting precious time rotting elsewhere.

Eversince I found out that all my brothers are signing on to the army becasue all of them think that the society outside is way harder to earn a living and by pledging to the government you will have a good life, it make me want to work even harder now so that I have a better experience of work if I am not commiting myself to the government. Yes, I know that my priority should be studying, but I always know that I just need to get my cert instead of a cert with very high results.

So I wont get into NIE to become a teacher most probably with this kind of results, nevertheless I will still send in my resume and hopefully will get the chance into NIE.
If not, i will go into the army and hopefully there is some position that I really like and sign as a regular. If not after my 2 years NS service, I will start looking for jobs based on all my experience and the cert that I have so most probably I will see myself as a supervisory character in F&B company.

Could not wait anymore longer to see how my future go...

A Day Without Bike

After working st james last night, reach home at about 7 am and planning to go school with my bike. But lucky me sixth sense is super correct, it was raining cats and dogs once I had got on a cab to school. So it had been 16 hours without sleep, so i slept in my shop once the morning briefing is over. Then went for afternoon training session which took about an hour and end at 4pm. Took MRT (Toot toot toot, door closing) home. Super long never heard this door tone already. Again fall asleep in the MRT as usual and reach Jp at 5pm. Watch 5.15 GAMER and went off to work 6.25pm. Then finish work at 11.30pm went for super until 3am.

Home sweet home with bus (11)

Dance Flick & 做家务

Today school ended at 1.30 pm then went home sleep until 7pm. Went over jp to watch dance flick and watch half way went home because the show is totally not nice. Even if you are bored and you got nothing to do, DO NOT GO WATCH !

Reach home at 11pm, then decided to wash clothes because my uniform for tomorrow work at Dragonfly is dirty. Then wash until halfway got addicted and went over to wash plates. Haha quite long never do housework eversince been indulge into the life of work.

All the best for tomorrow, I will be working from 10 pm to 6am at dragonfly! Sad that could not join the farewell party for Fabian & Lesile. All the best to them and take care in the army.

First Day St James -Dragonfly

Finally got the exact place to park my bike, the first thing to do is to palm in (clock in) your timing. Then change into the uniform, and be prepare to work. Yesterday, I did the role as a bar-(back) is to wash the cups, top up plain water and green teas into jug(for mixer) and top up ice. It seem that I am still miles away of becoming a bartender so I have to work hard so that I can be a real bartender. St James Powerstation is super big like a maze to me, I think i will get lost and do not know which outlet I am at even though the bar-captain had already show me around.
Dragonfly!, the outlet that I am working at. The 90's chinese songs played by the DJ are super nice. I love the Chinise songs so much that it keep me motivated to work hard even though when I have nothing to do. Then it came the live band performing Chinese songs and some English songs that keep me even more motivated. The live band is super great and powerful, if you are >23 for male and 18> for females please come and vist and you will not regret !

Nervous!

Tomorrow will be my first day at work for my new job. I still do not know where I can park my bike and do not know what time it will end but dont think it will end early anyway.
