Training #6

I run 1 round around my neighbourhood
I did 150 Sit-up
I did 60 Push-up
I did 150 (Skipping rope jump without a skipping rope yet)

Now is 6.40pm? going work at 7pm to eat mixed rice and watermelons !

Tomorrow off-day so plan to go gym then study for monday test - Human resource management !
