Training #3

Today,
I run 2 round around my neighbourhood
I did 200 Sit-up
I did 70 Push-up
I did 150 (Skipping rope jump without a skipping rope yet)

Way to go !!!

Same, today no smoke but ate a double cheese burger just now and at 4.00 am i still awake.
Still can accept the doublecheese burger as I whole day only eat one meal and 4 slice of watermelons but the 4.00 am is abit far from target. Got to divide by half? 2.am should be just nice for everyday =)
