Very Merry Christmas to everyone!

Have been in HTA for 2 weeks and is going to be third week. Days have been good in HTA. I enjoy the training and things I had learn in there. However I could not post the details over here as it will be an offense to leak out official acts.

This weekend I had spent time eating MOS Burger, Pepperlunch, and Claypot rice. Watching movies such as Meet the Parents, Gulliver's Travels and Tron Legacy. Yesterday suppose to eat out but the rain just stop the planned activities.

Next week when I book out, will be coming to the end of 2010.

Starting Full-time career in 5 days- Very excited

Sorry to anyone that is reading this blog, have been quite a while without any updates at all.
Have been really enjoying all this while after my attachment. First i work heavily before i quit GVJP. Then I have been enjoying going to the gym, swim, watching movies, spending time at home and of course with all my dearest friends, brothers and my family.

Feeling very anxious for my future as I know I have entered a new path of my life. I am also very excited as my dreams are drawing nearer, to buy a house, to allow my parents to work lesser and have more time to rest. I am really happy that all these can be fulfilled as long as I do not make any offense and pass my SPF training at HTA.

I can start to imagine of having my own room finally! You all must be wondering it is impossible for a 21 years old boy still do not have a room to himself but sadly it is true I still do not have a room to myself.
I will have a room with a bed that is at least enough for me to make 3 turns, with a television not too big or not too small, with a Playstaion3 console, with a fridge to put my wines, chocolates and etc, with a very well design display shelf that will be able to put my staffs, with air-con and super cooling fan, with a neat wardrobe and of course a working table with enough space to put a computer desktop.

I think it is very late already for me to dream all this coming true, going to sleep soon.

It is always the same, reach home and saw clothes not washed, plates that left for 1-5 days also can leave there unattended. I can understand the tiredness of dad and mum. But I really do not understand how come my Sis and Bro never help out at all. Sis maybe just care more about her religion and Bro maybe just still young. I am lazy at times but I hardly see them helping out. Not even like washing their own clothes that they wear or their own plates that they have used. I really scare one day I will really feel tired and leave them out by going out living alone. Not because I do not want my family but just need the two young one to understand.

Today met a kid at my counter.

He wore those kind of thick spectacles with a blur and scare look coming to my counter and said " Can I have tissue paper" then he run back to his abacus class.

A while later he come out and then he say "Can I have liquid paper".

I immediately broke into small laughter and ask him, "You tell me to take tissue paper de hor".

Then he just luagh and run back to his abacus class.

Just on MSN, my cousin told me that i borrow money from his mum? But I never did it at all. So I wonder what happen maybe just another person call Ah-Xiang. Then after talking more to him I find out that is my brother that go borrow from his mum. I do not know if my brother use my name to borrow from his mum a not, if he did that I will be super disappointed and hurt la...
Just few days back, I went to took money out from credit account to borrow him $100 and now he go borrow money from my cousin's mun? I really do not understand a 15 year old boy can spend much more than me when I still got to pay my own bills, my bike's expenditure and he just got to eat, transport, play and study. Is not about the money that I am sad, is that I am super worry for him. I really scare he get cheated or bullied outside. But he just do not want to speak to me.. Sometimes I feel that I had never been a good brother la...actually I really not good enough la.. really hope to get to full-time job as soon as possible. So that he will know that I have more money to let him have a life and not go borrow from my cousin. So many disappointment in life, here is another one. Can someone delight my life a little bit more?

Hahahaha yesterday night went to sing Kbox with Jenere and Wilson have lots of fun singing and drinking. I always believe singing or even shouting can help to keep your stress away and defintely the next day will be a fresh start.

Today one of my collegue come back from eygpt holiday. She bought a key-chain for everyone of us. She share her experience with us, and hopefully someday I could also go and vist the ancient histroy.

Today, there is this 5 years old kid siting at my workplace as the suppose art class is cancel and her maid and parents have already left her without knowing. I accompany the kid and bring her home!!! I just feel like a father for that one moment.

I return a lost phone to the mother of a kid by going to the extra mile by calling the mother up.!

I felt kind of lost or afraid. The lifestyle I enjoy is coming to an end. In-fact that realiaty is always scary and never kind to one man. Finally finishing my part-time career. Is a very fufilling one throughout this 6.5 years. I have work in all kinds of job ranging from education, events, factory, restuarant, hotels, salesperson, telemarketer, bars, and cinema. I learn a lot and play a lot too. I wonder if full-time job allow me to do so? Or I will be most of the time alone, alone watching movie, alone in a bar, alone working. I got the feeling that when you are working full-time, you tends to be alone no matter what kind of jobs you are working. Of course there will be collegues but the environment will defintely be different for what I have go through with my part-time job. I do understand that after work, you still can find your friends? Is every friend will be there for you? Even if they want, but will they be allow? Will we all have the same off day, will we have the same commitment. I guess everyone know the answer. When you are working full-time, you tends to be tired more easily, you tend to put piority to your family and home, to your partner and even to your pets? Maybe only all the singles out there will feel this way too.

Really hard to submit the resignation letter but got to do it really soon.I could not bear to leave a family working environment, awesome collegues and the free movies. Hope we could stay in touch even in the light years. Although some of you have been waiting for this day to come. The day in peace without me.

Before I really going into full-time job or prehaps the real adulthood. I want to go underwater world! I had complete land, air and left with sea. Thanks to all those that had force yourself to accompany me going these places. Friends out there, got time feel free to ask me go out, ask me anywhere. I do need people around me and I defintely be there for you. =)

Have been feeling really really bad last few days. Just suddenly thought that all the fun will be ending soon althought I am out having fun last few days...I did not manage to enjoy to the fullest as I just could not control my emotions and thoughts. It have been in the maze running non-stop.

But, I think I succed walking out of the frightening maze. You might just think this is another "Emo" post. No! Not at all! It is I, Me understanding myself. I think I am more ready than anyone else.

I am happy with everything I had now, I will be happy in the future too. I plant a happy tree in my head that will remind myself to be happy each and every day no matter how bad it is. I am not going to walk in the maze without any guide, I will not let my emotions control my mind. I grow stronger every single day. The mind have to train to be stronger over anything else. With a strong mind, you kill every obstacle in front of you. I am going to live my life to the fullest like there is no second chance at all.

I know I have been telling myself to save a lot of times. Just like I have been telling myself a lot of times not to smoke that only succeed recently. Now I am going to focus on saving money. I am also going to step into the real world soon with a full-time job. I know that many of you might be thinking its too late to start saving but is better than never start.

I am going to have a book to record my daily expenditure to act as a reminder to save.
I am going to cut-down on suppers.
I am going to eat but eat cheaper.
I am going to spend wisely.
I am going to be uncle.

I am going to save my downpayment for my home soon... =)

Yesterday, I stay over at my friend house and keep thinking of having my own house real soon.
Wait for my housing-warming, 3 years down the road I am defintely going to buy my flat and have my real home !

Have not been posting on my training process not because of that I have neglected training but my laptop have jump down the building. Is being pushed down by my brother by using a camera charger to charge my laptop. =( So now have to always thick skin to borrow from my sis to use the computer if not will be like now. Blogging during work.

I still went runing and doing push-up and sit-up regularly.
Thinking of buying weighs....

I had been doing my attachment for close to 1 month. I learn a lot about designing posters and I think my sense of design improve LA!!! I super no confidence when I was first task to design. However, my mentor is very patience with me and guides me along. Although he seem fierce and always nag at me, I know is for my good. I am very excited as the cover page I design will be used. This means that anyone with a passion card that stays under Keat Hong constituency will be able to get a booklet of upcoming courses from Nov-Mar 2011 with the cover page that I design. One more month, I will graduate =)

A rushing day, and the rain just dont help

Today reach attachment work place, then within 30 mins I went off. I saw the email my tutor send me that my overdue school fees cannot pay after when i get pay on 30/9. So, I panic and ask my supervisor to leave. Rush to my mum's work place and borrow money, then rush to NYP to pay school fees. On the way back, rain just like being friend with me. So went home, and wait for the rain to stop. While waiting for the rain, I wash clothes, plates, sweep floor, clean tables. I just feel like I am the daughter of the family. Why no one else bother to help my mum? Then 6pm went back work. Hopefully, later when go work everything will be okay. YES, TMR RESULTS WILL BE OUT !!!

Happy Latern Festivals To ALL.

I was at my counter, looking at the playground infront of me. I saw children carrying all sorts of laterns, and some playing with their candles and matches.
Seeing the light of candles, give us feel of hope.

Yet this particular indian guy, sorry I am not here to pratice racism. He came over to my counter and told me you have to stop these children.
I replied : "If you want, you can call the police".
He replied :" What's your name?"
I replied : "Tecksiong"
He replied :" I will complain you".

I do not understand if he is so unhappy about people playing with candle, he can just go to them or call the police instead of me working at the counter. Is not as if the children are burning my counter. Anyway, only once in a year we celebrate lantern festival. Like them too, once a year celebrate deepavali where they also need oil lamps. So please think through your head, before you want to complain anyone!

Missed being a child to celebrate lantern festival with all my friends, I had gone through it and will educate my child next time.

A Fruitful day when I go PMS

Today during attachment have lunch with one of the Zone RC Chairman. He told me a lot of his experiences and share his views about life.

First he told me in Life, The Two most important word are Persistance and Interest. No matter what we do, with persistance and interest nothing can stop us. Just do what you think is correct, there definetly going to have people telling you all the negatives so just overcome and give-in more than your 100percent. However when there are too many negatives comments, you dun stop! You wait for all negatives cleared then you pace up again.

Then after attachment went to watch DEVIL, I felt that this movie is more presenting itself as an educating movie than horror movie. Moral of the story, Is to not to do things that harm people and if you ever did it. Confess and you will be forgiven. Keep on all the lies, and there you go - HELL.

After movie, I Went PMS. Reach home with a lot of mental stress as there are too much things going in my mind. All the absortion of the education from chairman and the movie, pending assigments given by my mentor, police medical check-up and my current flow of income is too low as allowances from attachment is only going to get it after attachment. Sadly, my home did not ease of my stress but pile on. Why cant he just eat outside the room! And why eat in the room and at the bed and not clearing after that.!!! I just need to rest with some peace but end-up geting so irritated and started PMS.

However, I am glad that I still went to eat with my peers despite my tireness. As after meeting them PMS condition decrease and I am ready to move on. Thank you and sorry, my peers.

Wanted to go back training, in the end sick and stay at home for 2 days, lying at the bed helpless for 30 hours.

During the 30 hours, I am sub-consicously awake. So what did I think?

I think what will happen to my attachment?
I think I need to train..
I think about my family
I think about myself, like reflecting again and again and looking at the future.

In the end- I am thinking nothing.

But frankly, truthfully, honestly, sincerely, am I really that bad???
Have been single and un-wanted eversince Secondary 3 when I was 15 years old.
I can figure everything out, but I just can figure this out.
Can anyone just say you could want me if I can pay you a lum sum of money???

Firstly I want thank to anyone that I pray before to get my attachment nearer to my house.

However the bad thing is that I will be having lesser time for work or training as I am not be only working office hours from 8.30am - 6pm but I might get shift work like 12.30pm - 10.00pm and even working during the weekends.

I am still positive and will strive to complete my studies at NYP.

Today went to bird park with awesome peers.! So nice of them to turn up for this lousy event. I enjoy myself a lot at the bird park and hope you guys enjoy too. Then watch grown-up at JPGV, then dinner at Boonlay Place. Lastly, drink and slack at the best carpark.
I had a super fufill day that will definetly stay in my memories till old.

Today went for a 1.5 hour gym session.

Same no smoke but the meeting end at 3am. Reach home also no feeling to sleep, will switch it as soon as possible as my attachment is right after the exams. I believe my attachment should be office hours so if I do not change my sleeping habit I will get a grade F for attachment and no graduation for me again.
Ate lousy mixed rice that cost $4.70 =(, 1 slice watermelon, half of a green apple, kachang and a few stick of strawberry pockey!

And during the gym session, I went to weigh myself with the weighing machine. Guess ? I weight 54kg! I am so happy and think that the efforts that I am putting in is not in a waste as I used to weigh 58kg.

Still can accept the doublecheese burger as I whole day only eat one meal and 4 slice of watermelons but the 4.00 am is abit far from target. Got to divide by half? 2.am should be just nice for everyday =)

I did 100 Sit-up
I did 50 Push-up.

Today my second attempt,
I run 1-1/2 round around my neighbourhood
I did 150 Sit-up
I did 60 Push-up
I did 150 (Skipping rope jump without a skipping rope yet)

I believe I slightly improve but still way too far from target. Or anyone see what I had done might just laugh at me and say "YOU ARE WEAK". But I am going to prove them wrong.

Same for today I did not smoke, and I ate mixed rice, 2 slice watermelon, 2 chessy hotdog, 1 kachang and NO SUPPER !

And going to force myself to sleep before 2am.

I am very glad with myself as I had rejected 3 offer to smoke till now. 3 claps for myself. I so going to know that I am going to do it right this time round. 1 more clap for myself as I did not eat supper today, but I ate one time at 5pm then another meal at 9pm. But got to slap myself as is 5.40 am and I still have not put myself to sleep and going to wake up to go work soon. Got to eat watermelon later on !

Let me recall what I had gain during the past

Negative

1) Smoke
2) Become fat and especially that stomach I had
3) Become more and more ugly with never really a day with enough rest
4) Almost never a day without supper
5) Easily Mood Swing -> PMS

I am going to solve all these before enlistement to NS.

1) Smoke
I know I had dissapoint a lot of people but I know that I dissapoint myself the most. Therefore, From today, Really today, 20/8/2010 , 4.50pm I will not smoke anymore. Not even exucuses to social smoke in special occasions. Friends out there if you are reading this post, please help me and I will really help myself. For sure , for sure this time round.

2) I am going to exercise regularly, no no is intensively before enlistement to NS. Going to balance out my work and time for exercise.

3) I will take note of my eating habit by eating more vegetables, fruits and drink more water to make myself look better with the aid that I will be exercising more regularly? haha hopefully this will help.

4)This is the most difficult problem to solve as I really love to eat supper. I will try to eat lesser during supper but I will still go for supper.

3+4) I will organise more healthy event in the day so there will be lesser night activities.

5) I will make sure I smile and be happy everyday. If there is a sad day I will hide at an isolated area and wont create trouble for anyone.

After solving all these problems I know I am not just ready for enlistement, but ready for my new life ahead. I am going to lead a simple and happy life in the future.

I had missed ICA2 but I do not have MC to cover. I do not know that there is an ICA on that day until the next day when i come back school. I thought the ICA2 is conducted on the tutorial when i see from lesson plan and what i heard from my classmate is that you had infrom us before we go for break which i had not attended. I have indicated that I did not know about the test venue and test time as I was not being informed about the test.I hope you can understand as I am not from this class and so they would not inform me about the changes when I was not in class and we went for 2 weeks break straight after you had inform the class. Futhermore I really thought that the test was during tutorial lesson as indicated in the lesson plan. I understand that this is not a valid reason, but I really hope you can give me a chance to take the make-up ICA as I would really want to clear this module. I also found out from my friend from the other class that the make up test is actaully later 3pm at d307. Can you leave me a message (82227528) whether i can take the test later on if you happen to see my mail in the morning, if not i will try to call u later. sorry for the late reply as i just reach home from work, and i apologise for any inconvience that i had caused.

This post is to dedicate to the greatest 'Ah Gong'

Today at work suddenly talk about grandparents, and the first one I thought of is you "Ah gong".

Nearly cry badly la, lucky got someone walk in interupt a bit.

My "Ah gong" is really the best Ah Gong I had. He used to give me $2 to go out play even if he is left with the last $2. He is the Ah Gong that thought me how to speak and even sing hokien song. He is the Ah Gong that at the age of 80 still want to go out earn living for the family. He is the Ah Gong that will hold my hands tightly when we crossed the road. He is the Ah Gong that will let me forgo all the bad things I had in that day. He is the Ah Gong that when I vent anger at him, he still dote me as ever. He is the Ah Gong that make me think that I am always taken good care of when he is around.

Used to remember of a story of my Ah Gong- He used to have a dog before I grow up. He got once fall into the big drain and is this dog that save my Ah Gong going around barking and seeking help from outsiders. Without this dog I wont have my Ah Gong, Thank you !

So families out there,dun get a maid that steal money but get a dog that safe guard your money your life.

I wonder if ah gong could use internet to surft to see my post at heaven, and if really can, hope he know I really miss him after so many years and he is the one that can make me tear. And i just still feel sorry and guity for not being filial to him at that time.

Ah 'Gong' I will work harder, i will become a better person, and of course wont let you down.I will be a great Ah Gong in future too. !

Last few days too many things to do and neglected this no people read de blog.
My 21st birthday celebrations was a success? I think so =)
Thanks to all the awesome people that make it really happening!
I really Enjoy a lot, and I got an I-touch, wallet, gold medal, chocolates, sweets, shirt, and lots of "ANG PAO".
The I-touch will really come super handy when my school start, i believe it can cure my boredness in school and defintely making me feel better when I am in school.
Wallet, haha i actually plan to dote myself to buy a new wallet for myself but now no need already. Cause i got 2 wallets as presents..

Through this birthday celebrations, i felt being love from so many good friends and my family.
Especially my parents who bought me a gold key necklace that cause close to 400, it melts my heart as they really do not have much money. Every month no savings yet they bought this necklace for me.. I really do not know when then it can be my turn to buy something nice for them. But i am soo gonna bring them overseas someday. My sister bought me 3 acholohs from airport for my birthday, sad that she is sick and cannot turn up on that day, if not i will finally have my full family photo eversince I moved from yishun to jurong.

Talking about photos, it remind me to really THANK all those that help and Layhuan that help me captures all the memories. Really anticipating for all the photos to be out.

Lastly, although I did spend quite a lot of money on this birthday, I felt really worth it. Cause I believe now I am more motivated and work hard for my future.

I think currently I am still able to manage the two jobs at the same time. Both job issued schedule at different timing so it just enable me to write schedule for both work without clashing one another.

Learning a lot of beverages at Applebee's and felt happy after work as I am able to make drinks for customers that did not end up complaning to me that the drinks is too sweet or the drinks had no taste. This is the sense of achievement I get at Applebee's. Now I am able to make drinks like oreo shakes, strawberry shakes, chocolate shakes, Cherry Limeade, Flavoured Lemonade for non-achohol drinks. Then for achohol drinks I can make mudslide, perfect magraita and more to learn.. haha.

Then back to work at GV that I had at Jurong Point. Having them to work together is always so awesome and felt like one big family. Working here always no need to check your watch to see what time you finish work as it always go past so fast. We will fool and play around while working and that the secret to happy working.

So happy on the first day of work! I was assigned to bar instead of floor at Applebee's which means that I can carry on learning how to mix drinks with the shaker, jigger, iceblend machine. Definetly there is more in bar tending, I will learn as much as I can at Applebee's! Who's know one day I will have a bar of myself either at home or at my own pub. I must be day dreaming again.

going rest and sleep tomorrow will need to work Applebee's 9am-4pm then GV 6pm-3am !

Today went interview at applebee's and I cay say is a successful one as I am starting work tomorrow. At first I still quite worried as on the way to the company it started raining making me feel like it was hinting me that I will not get the job.

It has been 2 years since I had left an F&B company, now that I am back working feeling a bit nervous as I do not know if I can cope it a not.

Anyway, I would try my best and hope all ends well tomorrow

今天看了全城热恋，让我都觉得好想淡恋爱好想过一下两个人的世界。
想了想，觉得好梦幻到不可能会有这种事。即使有，也不会是我。

好想睡觉了，可是绝对不能睡！
为了调整睡眠时间我以想忍到放工后回到家才睡

really felt left out-in school, do not know how long I can take it...
Today at school, met for project and I stood like worst than a stone that even when throw onto floor the stone also make some noise. My group change their choice of hotel for project work also do not want to let me know and still ask me just to read something about the hotel before come for the meeting. I got go and read before the meeting and is a totally wrong hotel, felt so left out again. I know is my fault missing some tutorial but cant I just participate and not be a free rider?
I know i am a rider but not a free rider, cause i still pay my own oil.
Since start of year 2, i had tell my parents i thinking of droping out of school and study something else but my parents never understand and never supported me. They should had know their son is mature enough to make decision but I know they do not had much time for me to change course or even waste time seeking for other skills. They are old and need to be financial stable as soon as posible. Now i am at year 3, everything seems too late. I really hope coming few weeks will just be better cause I just need the CERT!
